After a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Association “Shans”, the city of Razlog, the members of the Board of Directors derived the following criteria for the selection of participants, based on which they will be included in mobility within the framework of the project “Europe for All: Europe for Inclusion” funded by the Erasmus + program for the period February 2025 – February 2026.
Criteria for the profile of participants:
1. To have some advantage – experience in working and interacting with people with intellectual disabilities (20 points).
2. Motivation to master knowledge and skills in helping and empathy for people with intellectual disabilities. – (10 points)
3. Proficiency in a foreign language – (20 points).
4. Lack of previous experience with Erasmus + projects, Key Activity 1 – (10 points).
5. Motivation for active participation in project activities. – (10 points)
6. To be volunteers – (20 points).
7. Not to use hate speech in any form – (10 points)
